Publish Notice in Newspaper of Intent to File February 21 <br /> Application with Local Government <br /> Commission <br /> 3. County Board introduces bond orders and March 22- Southern Human <br /> schedules public hearing Services Center, Chapel Hill <br /> 4. Public hearing and adoption of bond orders; April 19- Southern Human <br /> formally set ballot questions and referendum Services Center, Chapel Hill <br /> date <br /> 5. Bond Referendum occurs November 8 <br /> 6. Post Bond Referendum- Resolution to December or January Board of <br /> confirm results and publish notice of results County Commissioners <br /> meeting <br /> County management meets regularly with both school systems to coordinate bond <br /> referendum and financing activities. <br />
