I was a paid <br /> consultant for the Letcher County KY Tourism Commission (2010-2011)securing $30,000 in <br /> funding for a public engagement process resulting in a Coal Heritage Trail and a Quilt Trail and <br /> a new county tourism brochure. <br /> Returning to Orange County in April 2012, I obtained a State historical marker, Carrboro s first, <br /> for Libba Cotten. Vice-Chair McKee took part in the Sept 2013 dedication. I became active in the <br /> Chapel Hill-Carrboro Chamber and joined Carrboro s Arts Committee and ESC. <br />
