Additions or Changes to the Agenda <br /> 22 Chair McKee called the meeting to order at 7:09 p.m. He noted the following items at <br /> 23 the Commissioners' places: <br /> 24 - yellow sheet, for item 4-b: Extension of Tax Listing Period Resolution (approval) <br /> 25 - white sheet, PowerPoint presentation for item 4-b <br /> 26 - turquoise sheet, additional information for item 4-b: Historical Perspective— 2017 Revaluation <br /> 27 - email from Commissioner Jacobs containing questions for item 7-a <br /> 28 - white sheet, additional information for item 8-a <br /> 29 <br /> 30 A motion was made by Commissioner Price, seconded by Commissioner Pelissier to <br /> 31 add a closed session for the purpose of: <br /> 32 "143-318.11(a)(3) To consult with an attorney employed or retained by the public body in order <br /> 33 to preserve the attorney-client privilege between the attorney and the public body, which <br /> 34 privilege is hereby acknowledged. In re Sloane." <br /> 35 <br /> 36 VOTE: UNANIMOUS <br /> 37 <br /> 38 Chair McKee said Commissioner Jacobs will not be in attendance tonight. <br /> 39 <br /> 40 PUBLIC CHARGE <br /> 41 <br /> 42 Chair McKee dispensed with the reading of the public charge. <br /> 43 <br /> 44 2.
