Water Resources Coordinator <br />Page 3 of 3 <br />~~ <br />WORK ENVIRONMENT: The work is typically performed in an office and outdoors. The <br />employee is exposed to occasional cold or inclement weather, uneven terrain, and insects and <br />other pests. Field work requires the use of protective devices. <br />SUPERVISORY AND MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBILITY: None. <br />MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: <br />o Knowledge and level of competency commonly associated with the completion of a <br />master's degree in hydrology, hydrogeology, environmental engineering or related field <br />with focus in water resources. <br />o Experience sufficient to thoroughly understand water resources issues, usually <br />associated with three years of professional experience in a water resources field. <br />o Possession of or ability to readily obtain a valid driver's license issued by the State of <br />North Carolina for the type of vehicle or equipment operated. <br />
