Feel free tn contact zooif you have any questions. <br />Parker Sniffen wrote: <br />K8c Edwards: <br />Orange County Planning has mailed you m copy of our Major Subdivision Preliminary Plan for <br />Pleasant Green Woods phase 3. <br />Originally the owner bought e1OO strip nf land to connect the project with Pleasant G Rood <br />securing additional width to insure that construction would be possible without encroaching on the <br />adjoining property. <br />Our preliminary design shown on sheet GP690 of the Preliminary Plan illustrates that proposed <br />grading (fill) at station 13+00 is expected to extend approximately 31' from the proposed road <br />centerline, exceeding the width of a typical 50' right-of-way.
