PHASE III, PRELB/fINARY <br />DATE: JULY 13, 2007 <br />We have completed plans review of Pleasant Green Woods, Phase III, Preliminary Plan and offer <br />the following comments: <br />1. As the rural areas make the transition to residential subdivisions, additional growth and <br />population may require additional staffing in order to effectively provide public safety <br />services. While this project may not directly impact 9-1-1 and emergency response agencies, <br />cumulatively, additional development in the County will result in the need to increase <br />9-1-1 Communications and emergency response staff. <br />2. Eno Fire and Emergency Services, Inc. has reviewed the plans and find them acceptable. <br />If you need additional information, please contact us. <br />
