This <br /> decision was informed by several Board presentations on the Center's design and extensive <br /> work with the Resident Advisory Work Group over several months leading up to the May 2014 <br /> Board decision. Attachment 1, "Site & Floor Plans", presented to the Board on May 8, 2014, <br /> illustrates the project. <br /> The facility will house the Community Center, areas for bulk equipment and surplus storage for <br /> the County, and leasable dry storage space for the Piedmont Food and Agricultural Processing <br /> Center ("PFAP"). <br />
