Offsite includes modular construction and manufactured <br /> homes. <br /> 4 Manufactured homes are built to the standards of the Department of Housing and Urban Development(HUD).A HUD <br /> Certificate is required by Orange County prior to placement in the county. <br /> September 1, 2015 — This item was presented to the BOCC for adoption <br /> consideration. The BOCC voted to reopen the public hearing and refer the item <br /> back to the Planning Board and Planning staff to modify the proposed amendment <br /> to include comments received at the May 26 Quarterly Public Hearing and the <br /> September 1 BOCC meeting. The following comments were made: <br /> • BOCC Member Comment: Shocked to discover that Orange County only <br /> allows up to three unrelated people to live together in a single family dwelling <br /> unit. Request for this to be reviewed by staff and modified. <br /> Staff Response: The proposed amendment will address this comment and <br /> 4 <br />
