Article 5: Used <br /> Section 5.5: Standards for Residential Uses <br /> (d) Site plan showing the location of the existing single family unit; the- <br /> proposed mobile home, driveway, parking area, sewage disposal <br /> facilities. <br /> (e) A statement for setting forth the length of time for which the request is <br /> made. Approval shall not exceed one year. <br /> {2) Standards of Evaluation <br /> (a) The relationship between the occupants of tho singlo family unit and tho <br /> (b) There is a certificate from a licensed physician (MD) stating the necessity <br /> (c) The floor plan of the existing single family unit shows there is no <br /> (d) The proposed site plan shows the location and setbacks of the existing <br /> single family unit, the mobile home, and driveways and parking areas. <br /> The setbacks for all structures meet or exceed the requirements of tho <br /> district in which the lot is located. <br /> (e) There shall be adequate lot area for each unit, according to the minimum <br /> requirements of the zoning district in which the lot is located. <br /> (f) Approval of the Orange County Health Department for water and <br /> sewerage disposal facilities, or the approval of the appropriate agency <br /> from which sanitary sewer and water will be supplied. <br /> (g) Approval of the application shall not exceed one year.
