Cameron <br /> Street, Hillsborough, NC 27278 <br /> This contract involves the architectural drawings necessary for the building permit for the demolition of <br /> the existing non structural concrete block wall partitions and finishing of space to create an open <br /> storage and work area. The existing ceiling grid is to be replace in a new configuration reusing the 31 <br /> existing lights and fans. This work involves approximately 1,500 square feet of area. <br /> Because the occupancy permit needs to be completed by January 15, the architectural plans must be <br /> submitted to Asset Management for their review and submittal to the Orange County Building <br /> Department by January 19. <br /> This contract includes providing 8 sets of construction documents to Asset Management. Additional <br /> copies will be billed at cost x 1.2. <br /> The drawings will be on a 18x24" format.This will include an existing conditions drawing, a demolition <br /> drawing, finished space and a reflected ceiling.There will also be a web site with construction <br /> documents, images and related material. Working includes working with existing drawings on file with <br /> Asset Management,field visits and site reviews aas necessary to complete work.There are three field <br /> observation visits include: at the start of construction, at the end of demolition, and at the time of <br /> occupancy. <br /> My cost to complete this with architectural certification is$3,650. <br /> Sincerely, <br /> Statler Gilfillen Architect MBA <br />
