Cameron Street, Hillsborough, NC 27278 This contract involves the architectural drawings necessary for the building permit for the demolition of the existing non structural concrete block wall partitions and finishing of space to create an open storage and work area. The existing ceiling grid is to be replace in a new configuration reusing the 31 existing lights and fans. This work involves approximately 1,500 square feet of area. Because the occupancy permit needs to be completed by January 15, the architectural plans must be submitted to Asset Management for their review and submittal to the Orange County Building Department by January 19. This contract includes providing 8 sets of construction documents to Asset Management. Additional copies will be billed at cost x 1.2. The drawings will be on a 18x24" format.This will include an existing conditions drawing, a demolition drawing, finished space and a reflected ceiling.There will also be a web site with construction documents, images and related material. Working includes working with existing drawings on file with Asset Management,field visits and site reviews aas necessary to complete work.There are three field observation visits include: at the start of construction, at the end of demolition, and at the time of occupancy.
