Clifton, Interim County <br />Manager, 245-23DD <br />Gwen I~larvey, Assistant County <br />Manager, 245~23DD <br />PURPGSE: To present far formal adoption BGCC Goals and Priorities for FY2Dg9-~ D. <br />BACKGROUND: At its work session on August 2D, 24D9, the BGCC reviewed draft Goals, <br />Initiatives, and Identified Priorities that had been under discussion in retreat and budget work <br />session settings beginning in the fall of 2047. !n discussing options and approving allocations in <br />the FY20D9~~ D budget, the BGCC informally accepted and affirmed many of its top priorities. <br />During the August work session the BGCC had the opportunity to fine tune earlier drafts, make <br />miner modifications, and achieve consensus on bringing forward its Goals and Priorities for <br />FY2DD9- D for forma! adoption. Attachment A ~REVISED~ conveys the Goals and Priorities for <br />implementation as amended and adopted informally following BGCC discussion at the work <br />session. Attachment B ~REVISED~ is the list of original Priorities in descending order. <br />County management will provide periodic status reports to the B4CC on implementation. <br />Goals represent the broad tenets, beliefs, values and philosophies of the sitting BGCC. <br />Priorities are the incremental steps associated with implementing the Goals in order of <br />relevance and importance. <br />
