The petitions and responses are listed below: <br /> 1) Review and consider a request by Commissioner Rich that the Community Relations staff move <br /> forward with publicizing and educating the public on voting requirements, and including information <br /> from materials provided by Commissioner Price. <br /> Response: Staff to move forward with efforts. <br /> 2) Review and consider a request by Commissioner Rich that the County develop a plan/response <br /> on The Barn, potentially as part of an Information Item, so that Board members and staff can <br /> rely on/refer to it as they respond to inquiries. <br /> Response: Information to be developed. <br /> 3) Review and consider a request by Commissioner Burroughs, echoing a previous request by <br /> Commissioner Price, that the Board be provided more information about Cardinal Innovations, its <br /> relationship with the County, history, funding, etc. <br /> Response: Manager to work with Human Service staff to develop information. <br /> 4) Review and consider a request by Commissioner Burroughs that the Board receive information <br /> on Hillsborough's decision to not fund non-profits in the upcoming fiscal year and the potential <br /> impacts. <br /> Response: Staff to provide information. <br /> Regards, <br /> , 50t,Atf <br /> Earl McKee, Chair <br /> Board of County Commissioners <br />
