5 14 <br /> 1 have been recognized and approved through section 2.5, the site plan review process, to <br /> 2 establish a recognized legal land use per the Orange County UDO. <br /> 3 Michael Harvey asked if the Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) has a specific <br /> 4 number of permissible vehicles in mind. <br /> 5 Chair McKee said he would like to ask the Planning Board to consider a higher number. <br /> 6 He suggested 45 vehicles across the board. <br /> 7 <br /> 8 A motion was made by Commissioner Rich, seconded by Commissioner Pelissier to <br /> 9 refer the matter to the Planning Board with a request that a recommendation be returned to the <br /> 10 BOCC in time for its February 2, 2016 regular meeting and to adjourn the public hearing until <br /> 11 February 2, 2016 in order to receive and accept the Planning Board's recommendation and any <br /> 12 submitted written comments. <br /> 13 <br /> 14 VOTE: UNANIMOUS <br />
