Payment to be made each week as the work progresses to the value of One <br /> hundred percent (100%) of all work completed. The entire amount of the contract is to be paid <br /> within 5 days after completion. <br /> Any alterations or deviation from the above specifications involving extra cost of material or <br /> labor will be executed upon written order for same, and will become an extra charge over the <br /> sum mentioned in this contract.
