Minutes <br /> The Board approved the minutes from November 17, 2015 as submitted by the Clerk to the <br /> Board. <br /> b. Fiscal Year 2015-16 Budget Amendment#4 <br /> The Board approved budget, grant, and capital project ordinance amendments for fiscal year <br /> 2015-16 for Animal Services; Department of Social Services; Economic Development-Orange <br /> County Arts Commission; Department on Aging; Department of Environment, Agriculture, Parks <br /> and Recreation; Visitors Bureau; Health Department; School Capital Projects; and the Sheriff's <br /> Department. <br /> c. Authorization for County Manager to Execute Leases of County Property <br /> The Board delegated authority to the County Manager to execute leases of County property up <br /> to $90,000 in total initial lease term revenue according to the Manager's Third Party Tenancy <br /> and Outleasing Policy. <br /> d. Public Records Retention and Disposition Schedules <br /> The Board approved the records retention and disposition schedules involving County <br /> Management, Public Libraries, Tax Administration, Public Transportation Systems and <br /> Authorities, and Veterans Services and authorized the Chair to sign pending review by the <br /> County Attorney. <br /> e. Computer Surplus Declaration and Donation to the Chapel Hill-Carrboro City Schools <br /> The Board adopted a resolution, which is incorporated by reference, declaring, as surplus, items <br /> listed in the abstract and authorizing the donation of those items to the Board of the Chapel Hill- <br /> Carrboro City Schools; and authorized the Chair to sign the Resolution on behalf of the Board <br /> upon County Attorney review. <br /> 7. Regular Agenda <br /> a.
