I sincerely apologize for the lateness of this application. r <br /> When we obtained the entire parcel of land in 2011,we applied for and were granted an exemption <br /> from property taxes. We subsequently put in all the infrastructure and in 2014 subdivided the <br /> property into smaller lots for affordable housing construction. But it seems that we overlooked u <br /> applying for tax exemptions on all of the newly-created individual lots and open spaces.
