~~ <br />EXHIBIT A <br />ADDTI'IONAL SERVICES <br />Cazemazk will provide the following services if selected by Customer or Member County for an additional fee as set forth <br />in Exhibit B. The Services aze subject to change as provided for in the Agreement. Capitalized terms not defined herein <br />will have the meanings used in the Agreement. <br />1. Customer-Specific Programming. If Customer or Member County requests services or changes to <br />Services that require customized programming or systems work, Caremark will attempt to estunate the time and cost for <br />completion of such work.
