We will analyze the data to provide an <br /> understanding of internal equity and to address related issues within recommended methods to <br /> resolve pay compression issues. <br /> Phase III- Project Finalization and Final Report <br /> We will develop a final report that includes recommendations related to the compensation <br /> system, including recommendations on implementation methods and costing analysis for the <br /> elimination of pay compression.
