as <br />Housnvc <br />Improve access to home ownership and affordable rental <br />housing opportunities for low- and moderate-income <br />residents targeting those who make 50% to 80% of area <br />median income, in addition to those who make 50% and <br />below. <br />• Implement a policy that requires developers of new housing to set aside a <br />portion of the. development for affordable housing units or requires them to <br />make a contribution to the Orange County Housing Trust Fund.
