Workmanship Issues at Churton Grove Clubhouse <br />Referenced Documents <br />Special Use Permit <br />The Special Use Permit referred to throughout this document is a legal agreement executed with Orange County <br />which applies to any developer who operates on land typically described as "Churton Grove" and/or `Braddock <br />Park" subdivisions (along with the adjacent commercial area along Highway 70 known, as "Churton Grove <br />Center"). The Special Use Permit describes in specific terms certain "conditions" which govern any <br />development of property covered by the Special Use Permit. A number of conditions of the Special Use Permit <br />' cover things like required recreation areas, facilities, and amenities that developers are obligated to provide. <br />. The Special Use Permit for the azea known as Churton Grove and Braddock Park is retarded with Orange <br />~ County in Book 1709, Page 101. ' <br />Amenities Agreement <br />Developer CHURTON GROVE LLG established a,binding Amenities Agreement between CHURTON <br />GROVE LLC and the CHURTON GROVE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION. The Amenities Agreement is <br />recorded with Orange County in Book 2255, Page 14. <br />Subdivision Plats ' <br />This document makes reference to multiple subdivision plats.
