DeGroff, Churton Grove Resident <br />Mark Schultz, Churton Grove Resident <br />Lee Bowman, Newland Communities Project Manager <br />James Moore, Churton Grove LLC <br />Will Atherton, Churton Grove Homeowners Association <br />Gray Styers, Attorney for Newland Communities <br />Churton Grove resident, Mr. Michael Buck, delivered a letter dated September 10, 2007 <br />to the Board of County Commissioners (the "Board") regarding perceived construction <br />deficiencies and alleged zoning violations within the Churton Grove development. Mr: <br />Buck appeared at the September 19, 2007 Board meeting [under non-agenda items] and <br />briefly reiterated his concern with the status of the development. Subsequently, several <br />other Churton Grove residents, including; Mr. Bryan Hampton, Mr. Fredrick J. DeGroff, <br />Mr. John Michos and Mr. Mark Schultz also contacted the Board and Planning Staff to <br />express similar concerns to those expressed in Mr. Buck's September 10th letter. Staff <br />has addressed each specific concern of these residents in the attached "Staff <br />Response." The Staff Response also addresses the concerns raised by the other <br />residents listed herein as they were duplicative of the concerns raised by Mr. Buck. <br />
