The individuals OE and CCA serve suffer from an <br /> unemployment rate of over 50% and on an annual basis we place over 125 individuals into jobs <br /> in Alamance, Caswell, Durham and Orange counties. <br /> Monthly Cost for 5 days per week custodial cleaning at the Orange County Library, <br /> Hillsborough branch: $1837.78 (includes 6 hours per day custodial labor along with <br /> supervision and inspection by site supervisor.)
