DAMAGES ARISING UNDER THIS AGREEMENT. TWC agrees to maintain public liability insurance coverage of <br /> not less than: Two Million Dollars ($2,000,000.00) for personal injury and not less than Two Million Dollars <br /> ($2,000,000.00) for property damage resulting from any one accident. <br /> The initial term of this Agreement will commence as of the date of later signature below and remain in effect for a period <br /> of three (3) years. Thereafter, this Agreement will automatically renew for successive one year terms until either party <br /> provides not less than sixty(60)days written notice prior to termination of the initial or renewal term, as applicable,that it <br /> desires to terminate the Agreement. Either party may terminate this Agreement upon thirty(30) days written notice to the <br /> other party of the other party's material breach of this Agreement, provided that such material breach is not cured within <br /> such thirty(30) day period. TWC may terminate this Agreement at any time upon 5 days prior written notice to Orange <br /> County. <br /> Orange County will consult with TWC for any new or future WiFi Service deployments in Orange County, that are within <br /> 5 miles of any Property for the purposes of providing WiFi Services in public areas. <br /> Each person signing below represents that he/she is a duly authorized representative of the party for which he/she is <br /> signing and has the full power and authority to enter into this Agreement on behalf of such party. <br />
