12. Board Comments <br /> Commissioner Price said she, and other Commissioners, attended the Justice United <br /> Assembly. She said it was an encouraging assembly. <br /> Commissioner Price said there is the ribbon cutting for the Stickworks sculpture this <br /> weekend at the Riverwalk. <br /> Commissioner Jacobs said the Durham-Chapel Hill-Orange MPO approved the <br /> alternative draft environmental impact statement last week. He said at that meeting, he <br /> reported the concerns of some in Orange County and his colleagues. <br /> Commissioner Jacobs said he has a response to Craig Benedict's memo regarding the <br /> use of economic development funds being spent on sewer projects that are annexed by other <br /> jurisdictions.
