5 <br /> ORANGE COUNTY <br /> I <br /> Department of Environment, <br /> Agriculture, Parks&Recreation <br /> December 4, 2015 <br /> Donna Baker <br /> Clerk to the Board of County Commissioners <br /> 200 South Cameron Street <br /> Hillsborough, NC 27278 <br /> Dear Donna: <br /> The Commission for the Environment has five members whose terms expire 12/31/15: <br /> Donna Lee Jones, David Neal, Gary Saunders, Rebecca Ray, and Lynne Gronback. <br /> The CFE recommends the re-appointment of Lynne Gronback (Position#14) and <br /> Rebecca Ray (Position# 15)—both of whom have served very well on the CFE and are <br /> interested in remaining on the board. Ms. Gronback was recently named as Vice Chair. <br /> The CFE Membership Committee (Chair & Vice-Chair) has reviewed the current list of <br /> applicants and recommends the appointment of William Kaiser to Position#5 (Water <br /> Resources) and Caroline Cook to Position#13 (At Large).
