22 <br /> Animal Control Ordinance <br /> established in See ien 4-51 E)f this Of:di a„ee.-Any dog that is kept in <br /> violation of Section 4-41 of this Ordinance may be seized and <br /> subsequently impounded in accordance with Section 4-43 of this <br /> Ordinance until such a time as the Animal Gentfol Services Director is <br /> reasonably assured that the dog will not be subject to restraint in <br /> violation of this Ordinance. The Animal Cpl Services Director <br /> shall post a notice at the place of the illegal restraint, or at such other <br /> location, that is designed to reasonably apprise the Owner or Keeper of <br /> the dog, the place, date and time the dog was seized along with the <br /> location where the dog was taken. Such notice shall clearly state that <br /> the dog may be returned to the Owner or Keeper upon providing <br /> reasonable assurances to the Animal col Services Director that the <br /> dog will not be subject to restraint in violation of this Ordinance. <br /> (Ord.of 6-16-1987,§,U, eff.1-1-88;Amend.of 11-18-2008, eff. 11-19-09) <br /> I <br /> Sec. 4-42. - Control of vicious animals; security dogskM7]. <br /> (-a) In General.
