Text Amendments to the Joint Planning Agreement— Consider revisions to existing <br /> language regarding Transition Area resident representation on the Town of Chapel Hill's <br /> Planning Commission and Board of Adjustment. <br /> Mayor Kleinschmidt reviewed the following background information: <br /> PURPOSE: <br /> To receive public comment on two proposed options to amend the Joint Planning <br /> Agreement to revise existing language regarding Transition Area resident representation on the <br /> Town of Chapel Hill's Planning Commission and Board of Adjustment. <br />
