District and County Extension Directors on the particular needs of people in their respective county to help ensure that county Extension programs are based on specific needs'and meet county programming plans. Part 111. .Thee North Carolina Cooperative Extension Service, the North Carolina Cooperative Extension Program, and the Board of County Commissioners mutually agree: 1.
