Please check the attached list for your board, and then check <br />http://serverl .co.orange.nc.us/boards/InfoFrames.htm to see who is up for reappointment and who has rolled off <br />the board. <br />PLEASE -Start talking to your members to see who does/doesn't want to be reappointed. In order to be eligible <br />for reappointment, all volunteers should have attended at least 75% of meetings/events and should be a member <br />in good standing. To start the reappointment process, I will need attendance records for the past year and <br />a short letter of recommendation. <br />If your board talks to/interviews potential volunteers, that process should be underway to fill all vacant positions. I <br />will be expecting letters of recommendation from you board for recommended volunteers. If your board does not <br />talk to potential volunteers, then, of course, I will not be expecting anything from you concerning new <br />appointments.
