I returned to North Carolina when my <br /> husband decided to retire. <br /> Reasons for wanting to serve on this board: <br /> I would like to be more involved with issues affecting older adults and hope that both my <br /> professional background and my experience as an over-55 adult can be of service. Since <br /> returning to North Carolina, I have been primarily involved in working with the arts community <br /> through the artists guild and the arts commission.
