OPENING REMARKS FROM THE CHAIR AND MAYORS <br /> 34 Mayor Lavelle said Alderman Johnson was not feeling well and might arrive late. <br /> 35 Mayor Kleinschmidt said Council Members Harrison and Bell would not be attending. <br /> 36 Chair McKee said that Commissioner Dorosin and Commissioner Price had conflicts and <br /> 37 would not be attending tonight. <br /> 38 <br /> 39 B.
