The Board of Education reviewed the first
draft of the major projects during the September 6, 2007 meeting. At that time, it was requested
that the major categories of Pay As You Go (PAYG) funding be included. Those items are
included with brief explanation of each.
BACKGROUND: At the last meeting of the Board, we presented new, unfunded projects for
consideration. We have added the items that are traditionally paid from Pay As You Funds. The
data from the Board agenda that was reviewed September 6 is repeated here to put all the
requests in one document.
The District was asked to present a document that reflected the needs of the District without
regard to present revenue projections, which has been done in this document.
Pay As You Go Projects
The following projects are recommended to be included in the CIP request. The 13 major
categories are described briefly below.
C:~Documents and Settings\dcoffey\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files\OLK268\CIP
0818 Ver 3 final.doc
