The hearing is not intended to solicit <br /> additional input from the public or the applicant. <br /> While the BOCC may ask staff questions related to the review of a given item, <br /> comments from the public or the applicant shall not be solicited. The accepting of <br /> additional public comments at this stage of the review (i.e. the reconvened hearing) <br /> would constitute a violation of the UDO. <br /> 3.
