NOTE : The sample <br /> r <br /> policies provided in these materials are only samples and should be approved.by legal counsel as set <br /> forth in the disclaimers provided on the individual policies: <br /> ® Training has been completed for all employees who will be involved in the functional <br /> employment testing program. <br /> Individuals trained should include employees with responsibility for implementing the functional <br /> employment testing program (i.e. safety, human resources, operations, etc.), employees responsible <br /> for deciding which employees will be subject to the selected functional employment tests to be <br /> includ e in the employer's program, em p to ees responsible,for making employment e <br /> nt decisions based <br /> on the results of the functional employment tests, employees responsible for maintaining <br /> confidential information obtained during functional employment testing, and any additional <br /> employees perixtitted under the ADA to have access to the medical information generated during <br /> functional employment testing. Such individuals should be trained on various aspects of the <br /> Americans with Disabilities Act and its interplay with state worker's compensation laws and federal <br /> and state family and medical leave laws. <br /> ® A job analysis has been completed by your licensed WorkSTEPS representative. <br /> Before an employment test can be performed; your licensed WorkSTEPS -representative must <br /> perform a job analysis for the job position being tested. Additional information on the importance of <br /> a job analysis and the importance of accurately identifying essential functions is provided in these <br /> materials. <br />
