Qbeninq and Closinct Hours: <br /> (aj The Director shall by .rule establish opening <br /> and closing hours for all recreational premises in <br /> the County. <br /> (bj Presence by any person on recreational premises <br /> .during a time when the premises are not open for <br /> operation is prohibited. <br />Section 3.
