I have been active in many <br /> organizations like the Chamber of Commerce, bank board, university advisory boards at NC <br /> State, etc. and understand business. <br /> Reasons for wanting to serve on this board: <br /> I would like to see a vibrant sustainable economy in Orange county that creates and maintains <br /> good jobs for our citizens. <br /> Conflict of Interest: <br /> Historic Preservation Commission (APPLICANTS SHALL RESIDE WITHIN THE TERRITORIAL <br /> Background, education and experience relevant to this board: <br /> I have always been a proponent of documenting and preserving, if possible, our heritage sites.
