He added <br /> 23 that the hearing is solely for the purpose of receiving the Planning Board recommendation and <br /> 24 allowing new information previously submitted in writing to be entered into the record. <br /> 25 The Board shall receive the Planning Board recommendation, close the public hearing, <br /> 26 and make a decision on a Class A Special Use Permit (hereafter `SUP') application submitted <br /> 27 by the Emerson Waldorf School located at the intersection of New Jericho and Millhouse Roads <br /> 28 in Chapel Hill Township. The applicant is proposing revisions to the school's current SUP and <br /> 29 requesting approval of a Master Plan outlining the long-term expansion of the school's facilities <br /> 30 and infrastructure in accordance with Section 2.7 Special Use Permits and Section 5.8.4 <br /> 31 "Schools: Elementary, Middle and Secondary" of the Orange County Unified Development <br /> 32 Ordinance (UDO). <br /> 33 Patrick Mallet, Current Planning, reviewed the abstract and attachments and asked that <br /> 34 they be entered into the record, along with the pink attachment at the Commissioners' places. <br /> 35 He said the attachments are: <br /> 36 1.
