Additions or Changes to the Agenda <br /> 22 Chair McKee asked for a moment of silence to recognize the recent tragic events in <br /> 23 Oregon. <br /> 24 He noted the following items at the Commissioners' places: <br /> 25 - pink sheet- letter for item 5a: Class A Special Use Permit for the Emerson Waldorf School <br /> 26 - white sheet- letter for item 7a: Additional discussion regarding a November 2016 Bond <br /> 27 Referendum. <br /> 28 - PowerPoint for item 8a: Report on Small Business Investment Grants, Agriculture Economic <br /> 29 Development Grants, and Small Business Loan Program <br /> 30 - Report from Planning and Inspections <br /> 31 <br /> 32 PUBLIC CHARGE <br /> 33 <br /> 34 Chair McKee dispensed with the reading of the public charge. <br /> 35 <br /> 36 2. Public Comments <br /> 37 <br /> 38 a. Matters not on the Printed Agenda <br /> 39 <br /> 40 b. Matters on the Printed Agenda <br /> 41 <br /> 42 3. Announcements and Petitions by Board Members <br /> 43 Commissioner Dorosin had no announcements or petitions. <br /> 44 Commissioner Price said she received an announcement from the National Association <br /> 45 of Counties (NACo), stating that President Obama has declared October to be National Cyber <br /> 46 Security Awareness month. She said this information has been forwarded to Jim Northrup, who <br /> 47 identified several efforts being made locally in this arena. <br /> 48 Chair McKee said there is a team in Orange County working on cyber security. He <br /> 49 acknowledged the efforts of this team. <br /> 50 Commissioner Pelissier had no announcements or petitions. <br />
