An excerpt of draft minutes of the <br /> Planning Board meeting are included in Attachment 5. <br /> The Planning Board voted 9 to 2 to recommend approval of the proposed amendment package, <br /> with revisions suggested by the Planning Board indicated in greeil text within Attachment 3. <br /> The Planning Board's signed Statement of Consistency is included within Attachment 5. Receive the Planning Board's recommendation; <br /> 2. Close the public hearing; <br /> 3. Deliberate as necessary on the proposed amendments; and <br /> 4. Decide accordingly and/or adopt the Statement of Consistency, contained within <br /> Attachment 2, and the Ordinance amending the UDO and Planning Board Policies and <br /> Procedures contained within Attachment 3, as recommended by the Planning Board and <br /> staff. <br />
