He said the Fire <br /> Department asked for an access road to the pond specifically for their trucks. He said this was <br /> accommodated. He said the stand pipe is a pipe that is accessible to the pumper truck to <br /> retrieve water from the pond. She said <br /> the yard is common space but it is limited common space. <br /> Commissioner Dorosin asked if the home owner would be required to maintain this <br /> grassy area. <br /> Katy Ansadi said that is yet to be determined by the Home Owners Association. <br />
