This item was <br /> 26 heard at the September 8,2015 quarterly public hearing. <br /> 27 <br /> 28 Presenter: Michael Harvey, Current Planning Supervisor <br /> 29 <br /> 30 Michael Harvey reviewed the abstract. <br /> 31 <br /> 32 Michael Harvey: There were no comments made by the public at the public hearing. We have provided on pages 13 <br /> 33 and 14 of the abstract, answers to the two questions asked at the public hearing concerning land use buffers and site <br /> 34 plan approval. The Planning Director is recommending approval and the statement of consistency has been provided <br /> 35 to you in Attachment 2 and ordinance amending the zoning atlas in Attachment 3. We are asking you tonight to make <br /> 36 a recommendation on this petition which will be presented to the BOCC at their November 5 regular meeting. <br /> 37 <br /> 38 Pete Hallenbeck: We have a statement of consistency to vote on. Do I have any motions to approve the statement of <br /> 39 consistency? <br /> 40 <br /> 41 MOTION made by Tony Blake to recommend approval of the statement of consistency.
