This covers the floor in the open area except for the back teen room, and right side
that includes bathrooms, offices and work room.
1. Floor Prep. Clean and sweep floor.
2. Grind. Wet grind concrete with metal diamonds 30 grit.
3. Grind. Grind concrete with 70 grit diamonds to remove most of the grinder marks. (note some
grinder marks, cracks, and stains in the concrete will remain visible. The dye option would help to
blend in many of these).
4. Patch fill. Fill any holes and trip hazards over 1 inches long and more than 112 inch deep.
5. Dye color: Apply dye color as selected into concrete.
6. Seal floor.Seal concrete with medium gloss acrylic sealer to allow for easy cleaning and
minimize staining.
