And, <br />that second, this is because of a family crisis that has lead me to withdraw from all my <br />extra-familial duties - including now the OUTBoard. This is an extremely personal matter, <br />but it relates to one of our children and there is just n o way I can make any other <br />decision. I was planning on telling everyone tonight face to face, but things are just too <br />hectic for me to get away. I know there are other candid ates from Chapel Hill, so I know <br />you won't have a hard time replacing me. But, I want you to know that I was really <br />enjoying my time on the Board and feel like it could have a major impact with the right <br />leadership, which is also not me at this time. <br />Thank you all for everything, <br />Robert <br />
