I would really appreciate the <br />opportunity to serve in some capacity. I have a strong interest in the content area of <br />both boards I have listed on this application. (I recently applied for the NTA Advisory <br />Committee and the Unified Transportation Advisory Board and was not selected for <br />either.)----------------------I will become a resident of Canboro on Jan 1 2006. I was <br />asked to apply for the OUT Bd by Karen Lincoln. I would like to give back to the <br />commmunity in a volunteer capacity; I am sincerely interested in promoting healthy <br />growth and in minimizing the impact (am interested in Planning Board, Coininission <br />for the Enviromnent, and NTA Board. I live directly in front of the intersection under <br />study and understand the issues involved. I have been at home with s1na11 children for <br />the past 8 years. (Last job was home health nurse in Orange and Diirhain Counties. <br />Also have MAT Social Studies from LTNC-CH. I have va1-ied cormnittee experience, I <br />am good at eliciting input, assessing and integrating data, and reaching consensus <br />opinion; I have a general knowledge of prominent environmental and growth issued <br />and I am eager to learn more.
