While I support the decision to use Eubanks Road for the <br />waste transfer station, I also believe that Orange County, Chapel Hill, and Canboro <br />owe a great deal to the Road community for having the landfill operations in their <br />neighborhood for so long. During my time on the OWASA board, I made multiple <br />enquiries into how sewer service could be provided to thi neighborhood and continue <br />to watch for possibilities. I also pbelieve that my training in education can benefit this <br />task force, since school based programs are another obvious area in which <br />enhancements are needed.
