During her tenure, she has held the positions of both <br />chair and vice-chair. She was once a student in the very same school system where she has <br />since provided guidance and leadership. In addition to the school board, she has also served <br />on numerous committees and non-profits. <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT: None <br />RECOMMENDATION(S): The Manager recommends that the Board approve the attached <br />resolution recognizing Elizabeth Mason Carter for her outstanding service to the educational <br />community and the people of Orange County. <br />
