20 <br /> 1 Michael Harvey referred to page 89 where it says there is "nothing in this section shall <br /> 2 be construed as prohibiting the holding of turkey shoots or other similar activities as a fundraiser <br /> 3 or community event." He said the idea is a shooting event or fundraiser that can be held no <br /> 4 more than twice a year on a given parcel of property. <br /> 5 Commissioner Price asked if there are specifics that are seeking to be regulated. <br /> 6 Michael Harvey said fund raising activities are not being regulated. <br /> 7 <br /> 8 A motion was made by Commissioner Pelissier, seconded by Commissioner Jacobs to <br /> 9 approve: <br /> 10 <br /> 11 1. Referring the matter to the Planning Board with a request that a recommendation be returned <br /> 12 to the BOCC in time for its November 5, 2015 regular meeting. <br /> 13 2. Adjourning the public hearing until November 5, 2015 in order to receive and accept the <br /> 14 Planning Board's recommendation and any submitted written comments. <br /> 15 <br /> 16 VOTE: UNANIMOUS <br /> 17 <br /> 18 D.
