Today they reached a quorum decision in favor of Ms. <br /> Paige Zinn to replace current board member Tom Underwood (Core Business Sector <br /> representative). <br /> Mr. Underwood's term technically expired on June 30th, but he had agreed to serve until <br /> the end of this year,when a replacement could be nominated. He is retiring on Dec. 31 <br /> from his job managing PHE, Inc. and from his seat on my Advisory Board. <br /> Is this the correct procedure for the BOCC to consider Ms. Paige Zinn for appointment to <br /> the Econ.
