Member, Chapel Hill <br /> Chamber of Commerce; Hillsborough Chamber of Commerce; Association for Corporate <br /> Growth-Raleigh Durham Chapter Member, Bull City Forward, a co-working incubator <br /> setting for social entrepreneurs. Co-organized a breakfast focused on entrepreneurship <br /> for the Hillsborough Chamber and Orange County Schools, March 2011. I am passionate <br /> about pushing forward Orange County's economic development efforts. I see this as a <br /> social justice issue in that we're creating jobs for those who live here or want to live here. I <br /> also see economic development as critical to nurture if we want to continue offering the <br /> quality of life we already have while also expanding efforts in other areas -- social <br /> services, recreational opportunities for residents.
