Bender will be the primary NCDOT contact and will serve as the PTD Project <br /> Manager for this work. The PTD Project Manager will be copied on all correspondence <br /> and/or communication with other offices not a part of PTD and be updated on a <br /> regular basis on the status of all activities. All deliverables will be forwarded to him for <br /> review and approval. <br /> MONTHLY REPORTS <br /> A detailed monthly progress report will be submitted to the PTD Project Manager for <br /> review. The progress report will include tasks completed during report period, next <br /> steps any outstanding and/or unresolved issues involving the project. The Project <br /> Manager may request a bi-weekly and/or monthly log documenting <br /> conversations/discussions with outside agencies or units and state any outcomes of <br /> those discussions. The log will be incorporated into the monthly progress report. <br /> SCHEDULE/TIMELINE <br /> The project will begin upon written notice to proceed from the NCDOT-Professional <br /> Services Management Unit. Tasks will be completed in conjunction with requirements <br /> of NCDOT. The schedule for the effort is as follows. <br /> Orange County Transit Assessment Study <br /> Milestone Timeline by Month (Deliverable Target Date <br /> is due at the end of each designated <br /> month) <br /> Technical Memorandum #1 <br /> Technical Memorandum #2 <br /> Technical Memorandum #3 <br /> Draft Plan <br /> 6 <br />
